SECTION 4 - CUSTOM SUITS AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Aura Market may offer custom-made suits and other personalized products.

Because custom suits are made specifically according to the customer's measurements, requirements, design preferences, and specifications, full payment must be made in advance before production begins.

Advance Payment

All custom suit orders require 100% advance payment before we begin production.

Production of the custom suit will begin after the required payment has been received and the necessary measurements and customization details have been confirmed.

Measurements and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and correct customization information.

Before production begins, customers should carefully review and confirm:

  • Measurements

  • Suit style and design

  • Fabric

  • Color

  • Buttons and other details

  • Personalization requirements

  • Any other specifications agreed with Aura Market

Once the customer confirms the measurements and specifications, production may begin.

Our Commitment for Custom Suits

We will make reasonable efforts to produce the custom suit according to the measurements, specifications, design, and other requirements agreed upon with the customer.

If the completed custom suit is determined to be materially different from the agreed specifications or does not meet our agreed commitment due to an error on our part, we will review the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Where we determine that the custom suit does not meet the agreed commitment and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, Aura Market may provide a full refund of the amount paid for the custom suit.

This commitment does not apply where an issue results from inaccurate measurements or incorrect information supplied or confirmed by the customer, changes requested by the customer after production has started, normal variations in fabric or color, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time you place the order and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Depending on the destination and applicable laws, prices may or may not include taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information when placing an order.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for the purchase.

For custom-made suits, full payment must be received in advance before production begins.

However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control
